山中塗　波文 ご飯椀 黒

ご飯を盛った際にご飯の白い色が映えて美味しく感じられるご飯椀です。ご飯は箸でつまむことが多いので、汁椀などに比べて口を広くしております。木は熱を奪いにくいので、ご飯から出た湯気が水滴になりにくいのでご飯がベチャッとしにくく、ふっくらと美味しく召し上がれます。
栓で作っているので、大変軽くなっております。
少し少なめに盛った方がより美味しく感じられます。

These rice bowls are designed to reflect the white color of rice when served with rice, making it look and taste delicious. Since rice is often picked up with chopsticks, the mouth of the bowl is wider than that of soup bowls.
Since wood does not easily lose heat, the steam from the rice does not easily become water droplets, making the rice less sticky, fluffy, and delicious.
